C	Carlo Vigliani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ a 20 mt da casa e trovo una freddezza incredibile, spesso non trovi nemmeno i farmaci, pare che li devi ordinare a loro. Posso capire un meccanico ma una farmacia sprovvista. Ho trovato di meglio. at 20 meters from home and I find an incredible coldness, often you don't even find drugs, it seems you have to order them. D	Donata Magliocchetti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamo il sabato per prenotare il tampone per il sabato successivo, mi danno un numero a cui inviare un messaggio. Lo faccio il lunedì. Mi rispondono il giovedì (signora si è organizzata?!) che per il giorno che mi interessa è tutto pieno dicendomi di andare alle 10.30 e fare la fila (alle mie proteste rispondono: sa noi non lavoriamo h24, il suo messaggio l'ho letto alle 23.00...). Arrivo in anticipo, si prende il numeretto, si fa il tampone senza nessuna privacy, poi la stessa infermiera raccoglie soldi e moduli, entra in farmacia, torna con resto è ricomincia. Arriva gente senza prenotazione è gli fanno il tampone. Fuori sotto al sole ad aspettare, un misero banchetto da asilo per compilare i moduli. Pessima organizzazione, neanche nel terzo mondo. Due delle tre stelle per l'operatrice che è stata gentile. I call on Saturday to book the tampon for the following Saturday, they give me a number to send a message to. I do it on Mondays. They answer me on Thursday (lady has she organized ?!) that for the day I am interested in everything is full, telling me to go at 10.30 and queue (to my protests they reply: you know we don't work 24 hours a day, I have read your message at 23.00 ...). I arrive early, take the number, swab without any privacy, then the same nurse collects money and forms, enters the pharmacy, comes back with the rest and starts over. People arrive without a reservation and they swab them. Out in the sun waiting, a miserable kindergarten banquet to fill out the forms. Bad organization, not even in the third world. Two of the three stars for the operator who was kind.

Per una cliente abituale come me o per uno nuovo che legge come loro presentazione “il cliente è essenziale” il trattamento che mi hanno riservato questa mattina aveva tutto il contrario. Chiamo alle 8.45 per prenotare un tampone chiedendo da che ora fossero operativi, l’addetta al telefono mi esclama con toni aspri e duri “noi apriamo adesso ma non vuol dire che puoi venire quando vuoi”. Al che ricordo che esistono altri luoghi dove poterlo effettuare e dove mi ci recherò da ora in poi. Sono una ragazza al sesto mese di gravidanza cui necessitava di quel tampone e mi sono vista costretta a fare chilometri in più. Terrible. For a regular client like me or for a new one who reads as their presentation “the client is essential” the treatment they gave me this morning was quite the opposite. I call at 8.45 am to book a tampon asking what time they were operational, the phone attendant exclaims me with harsh and harsh tones "we open now but it does not mean that you can come whenever you want". Tant'è che ho preferito disdire la prenotazione e scegliere un altro posto. I cannot evaluate the administration service of the 3rd dose of vaccine because, in two days of trying to agree on the time, they NEVER bothered to answer the phone. So much so that I preferred to cancel the reservation and choose another seat.
