Ultima cosa, ma non per importanza, il sorriso non manca mai. Ieri , domenica, dopo un'ora e mezza di fila al freddo per fare il tampone COVID , arrivato all'orario di chiusura , ha lasciato fuori dalla farmacia famiglie con passeggino ,anziani e bambini poiché era arrivato l'orario di chiusura. Avrebbe dovuto avvisare prima ! Non è corretto ! Vi dovreste solo VERGOGNARE ! Rude, unhuman, unprofessional, incompetent and rude owner. Tampone effettuato per le 11.20 e fino a li tutto bene, il problema e stato il dopo. Poca organizzazione per le file e per la gestione delle persone, non si capisce chi deve pagare, per sapere l'esito c'e chi lo sa subito chi deve aspettare 20 minuti. L	Luisa D'angelo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi. Uno: esito positivo del tampone comunicato a voce alta dopo aver chiamato per cognome la persona in presenza di altri clienti. Non si tratta di un dato sensibile che richiede riservatezza? Due: tampone di fine quarantena fatto pagare sebbene il farmacista sapesse che la persona era positiva e segnalata a ATS dunque aveva diritto all'esonero del pagamento. La persona ha pagato perché giovane e inesperta. Telefonata educata del genitore per capire i motivi di questa indebita richiesta di pagamento: farmacista sprovvisto di onestà intellettuale (tipo: "è stato un errore, mi spiace, siamo molto presi") e per niente imbarazzato per aver chiesto il pagamento di un esame che lui, professionista in campo sanitario coinvolto nella gestione della pandemia, sapeva di non dover far pagare.
