★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qui regna la maleducazione, l'arroganza ed il so tutto io, mai visto una farmacia peggiore di questa, come se esistessero solo loro, diffidate, peggio che andare di notte, non accettano nemmeno il CODICE FISCALE a voce perchè non hanno voglia di scriverlo. Assurdo!!
 Here rudeness, arrogance and I know everything reign, never seen a worse pharmacy than this, as if only they existed, beware, worse than going at night, they don't even accept the TAX CODE verbally because they don't want to write it . Absurd!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ieri sera 7 novembre (era domenica e la farmacia era chiusa) ho mandato mail per prenotare tampone rapido covid per il lunedì;
mi hanno risposto già in serata di presentarmi al lunedì mattina all'orario di apertura
stamattina ho fatto tutto in 20 minuti e avevo il mio green pass
organizzazione superba (ma c'era da stupirsi...???)

yesterday evening 7 November (it was Sunday and the pharmacy was closed) I sent an email to book a quick covid buffer for Monday;
they told me already in the evening to show up on Monday morning at opening time
this morning I did it all in 20 minutes and I had my green pass
superb organization (but was there any wonder ... ???)
magical !!!!

I tempi di attesa per i tamponi sono stati brevissimi e mio figlio non ha sentito alcun fastidio. Inoltre mi hanno saputo consigliare sul prodotto più adatto alla mia esigenza, facendomi risparmiare tempo e denaro. Consigliatissimo!
Absolutely positive experience. In this pharmacy I found highly trained and extremely kind staff. Waiting times for tampons were very short and my son didn't feel any discomfort. They also knew how to advise me on the most suitable product for my needs, saving me time and money. Highly recommended!
