Ho acquistato due sciroppi per la tosse che hanno visto bene di mettere dentro un unico sacchetto di plastica che, appena preso in mano, ha ceduto. Nonostante fosse evidente la loro responsabilità (forse per risparmiare un sacchetto) hanno avuto il coraggio di negare la sostituzione dei prodotti. Assolutamente da evitare per etica e comportamento.
They work because it is the only pharmacy in town. I bought two cough syrups that they have seen fit to put in a single plastic bag which, as soon as I picked it up, gave way. Although their responsibility was evident (perhaps to save a bag) they had the courage to deny the replacement of the products. Absolutely to be avoided for ethics and behavior.
