★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto scortesi nella gestione tamponi, medico o farmacista che lo effettua scorbutico e riesce perfettamente a fare sentire inadeguato chi si sta sottoponendo a tampone. Peccato perché in farmacia sono sempre stati gentili. Bocciato

very kind doctors. I performed the swab today at their pharmacy. fast and very helpful. super convenient parking. excellent and wide choice of very nice products also for any gifts. I will definitely be back! a beautiful discovery!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stamattina sono andata a fare un tampone e per essere chiara ho detto che sono stata a contatto con un positivo e la signorina bionda mi ha esplicitamente detto di non presentarmi più a fare tamponi da loro, in più mi ha detto che dovevo andare in dogana (e io non lo sapevo), in un modo così scortese e così arrogante che mi sono sentita davvero a disagio in coda con le persone vicino.
Cara signorina bionda cambia lavoro, te lo dice una che sta a contatto con il pubblico tutto il giorno e da un sacco di anni.
In più chiami e non rispondono mai, avevo preso appuntamento per avere un consulto con la nutrizionista ma lo disdico e io in quella faacia non metterò mai più piede!!! Se non per riprendermi i soldi dei tamponi, che tra l altro è l unica farmacia che fa pagare i tamponi in anticipo

Dear blonde lady, change jobs, someone who has been in contact with the public all day and for many years tells you.
In addition you call and they never answer, I had made an appointment to have a consultation with the nutritionist but I cancel it and I will never set foot again in that faacia !!! Except to get back the money for the tampons, which by the way is the only pharmacy that charges the tampons in advance

Aspettato quasi mezz'ora pur avendo prenotato per poi non fare nemmeno il tampone perchè in assenza della carta di identità non accettavano la versione digitale via mail. Per non parlare del fatto che volevano farsi pagare il tampone pur avendo la disposizione dell'ulss (andava stampata). Come perdere un ora la freddo e farsi venire il mal di pancia!!!
Really bad experience yesterday. Waited almost half an hour despite having booked and then not even swab because in the absence of the identity card they did not accept the digital version via email. Not to mention the fact that they wanted to be paid for the tampon despite having the ULSS arrangement (it had to be printed). How to lose the cold for an hour and get a stomach ache !!!

È negativa perché far attendere le persone fuori in coda sotto la pioggia per 40 minuti oltre l'orario di prenotazione non è normale.......se sto facendo un tampone probabilmente sto male e se devo pure prendermi la pioggia!!!
È negativa perché fare tamponi a delle persone senza una minima barriera che impedisca a tutta Villorba di vedere non è normale.
È negativa perché la persona che avete trovato positiva, per 20 minuti ha chiacchierato tranquillamente in coda con un suo amico, senza che nessuno di voi dicesse nulla. Ovviamente entrambi stavano senza mascherina e a meno di 50cm di distanza uno dall'altro....si sono messi pure a chiacchierare con voi alla finestra senza che gli diceste nulla sul distanziamento. Chiaro dovrebbero ormai saperlo dopo 2 anni come ci si comporta........però mettete almeno 1 cartello a ricordarlo/segnalarlo.
E per ultimo è negativa perché proprio quel cliente si è messo in fila senza prenotazione e chissà quanti altri lo fanno insieme a lui.
A proposito, visto che il paziente è stato trovato positivo, in base alle regole dovreste rintracciare anche il suo amico e fargli fare un tampone per sicurezza.

It is negative because making people wait outside in the queue in the rain for 40 minutes after the booking time is not normal ....... if I'm doing a swab I'm probably sick and if I have to take the rain too !!!
It is negative because swabbing people without a minimum barrier that prevents all of Villorba from seeing is not normal.
It is negative because the person you found positive chatted quietly in the queue with a friend of his for 20 minutes, without any of you saying anything. Obviously both were without a mask and less than 50cm away from each other .... they even started chatting with you at the window without you saying anything about the distance. Of course they should know by now after 2 years how to behave ........ but put at least 1 sign to remind / report it.
And lastly it is negative because that customer has lined up without a reservation and who knows how many others do it with him.
By the way, since the patient was found to be positive, according to the rules you should also track down his friend and have him swab for safety.
