Le farmaciste, nello specifico quelle più giovani, si comportano come se nel vendere o procurare i farmaci stessero facendo un enorme favore al cliente. Di fronte ad una ricetta per un unguento lenitivo, scaduta da UN GIORNO, mi hanno trattato come se stessi cercando di procurarmi illegalmente degli stupefacenti. Servizio indegno di una farmacia.
Oltretutto, hanno cercato in varie occasioni di convincermi a comprare omeopatici (scientificamente INUTILI) a fronte di una mia richiesta con ricetta di specifici medicinali. Evitate questa farmacia e rivolgetevi piuttosto alle altre farmacie della zona.

Pharmacists, specifically the younger ones, act as if they are doing a huge favor to the customer by selling or procuring the drugs. Faced with a prescription for a soothing ointment that has expired ONE DAY, they treated me as if I were trying to illegally obtain drugs. Unworthy service of a pharmacy.
Moreover, they have tried on several occasions to convince me to buy homeopaths (scientifically USELESS) in response to my request with a prescription for specific medicines. Avoid this pharmacy and instead go to the other pharmacies in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alle farmaciste che continuano a consigliare omeopatici per problemi di salute seri, consiglio di non insultare la loro professione e di tornare all'università per un ripasso di come funziona la farmacologia. Oltre alla scarsa professionalità, trovo la gran parte del personale estremamente maleducata e irrispettosa della privacy del cliente.
For pharmacists who continue to advise homeopaths for serious health problems, I recommend not insulting their profession and returning to university for a review of how pharmacology works. Besides the lack of professionalism, I find most of the staff extremely rude and disrespectful of the customer's privacy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi trovo bene, cordiali e abbastanza disponibili, forse mi è capitato di trovare qualcuno poco preparato (giovanissimo/a perciò comprensibile) ma comunque alla fine se l'è cavata ? inoltre è una farmacia grandina, hanno tutto! Sicuramente l'unica farmacia a Manzano degna di essere chiamata Farmacia! ?
I am fine, friendly and quite helpful, maybe I happened to find someone not very prepared (very young therefore understandable) but in the end he got away with it ? besides it is a hail pharmacy, they have everything! Surely the only pharmacy in Manzano worthy of being called Pharmacy! ?

Pur al telefono, sono stati gentili e ascoltato la mia necessità di avere un farmaco particolarmente importante, sono stati premurosi nel richiamarmi e darmi istruzioni valide per ottenerlo in quanto ero fuori dalla mia regione.
Questo farmaco, lo avevano addirittura già in casa, mentre in altre farmacie dovevano sempre ordinarlo. Perfetto perché non ho dovuto sospendere la terapia nemmeno per poche ore!
Complimenti a tutto lo staff.

While on the phone, they were kind and listened to my need for a particularly important drug, they were considerate in calling me back and giving me valid instructions to obtain it as I was outside my region.
They even already had this drug at home, while in other pharmacies they always had to order it. Perfect because I didn't have to stop the therapy even for a few hours!
