โ โ โ โ โ Ho chiamato per chiedere un informazione riguardo i tamponi rapidi e anche altro ma alla sola richiesta dell'informazione la signora al telefono risponde con tono sgarbato e attacca la linea senza neanche che io abbia finito di chiedere ciรฒ di cui avevo bisogno. Maleducazione e mancanza di rispetto alla vigilia del Natale non me lo aspettavo. Se si ha poca voglia di lavorare, che si dia spazio a chi ne ha piรน bisogno e voglia. Grazie.
I called to ask for information about quick swabs and more but at the only request for information the lady on the phone answers with a rude tone and hangs up the line without even having finished asking what I needed. I didn't expect rudeness and disrespect on Christmas Eve. If you have little desire to work, give space to those who need and want it most. Thank you.
