Dopo aver aspettato dieci persone prima di me, quando arriva il mio turno, mi fanno aspettare altri 10 minuti al banco per controllare se il latte è disponibile per sentirmi dire infine che devo acquistarne necessariamente una confezione da 10. Nonostante avessi chiarito che era già stato ordinato in un'altra farmacia e che me ne serviva una busta per un'emergenza, in quanto a mia sorella non arrivava il suo latte, mi è stato detto che dovevo necessariamente comprarne una confezione intera. È pensare che questa farmacia mi è stata consigliata per giunta come migliore ed efficiente e invece ha lasciato un bambino di 21 giorni senza latte. Disappointing pharmacy and inefficient staff. I went to get a bag of Humana 1 milk for my nephew because of an urgency, as the town's pharmacy provided it the next day. When I asked if they had the aforementioned milk, I was told that they had to check on the computer and that I would have to queue anyway, even to get information. After waiting ten people before me, when my turn comes, they make me wait another 10 minutes at the counter to check if the milk is available so I can finally hear that I have to necessarily buy a 10 pack. Although I had clarified that it had already been ordered from another pharmacy and needed an envelope for an emergency, because my sister didn't get her milk, I was told that I necessarily had to buy a whole package.
