Premetto che non vivo più in Italia da tanti anni, ma con i servizi inesistenti non ti lasciano molta scelta anche volendo tornare.
Unfortunately the staff who had guaranteed me the negative response of the Covid-19 swab in English that I needed to travel to London, sent it wrong and in Italian, so they made me miss the Alitalia flight paid for £ 300. I state that I have not lived in Italy for many years, but with the non-existent services they do not leave you much choice even if you want to return.
