Al momento del pagamento il ragazzo ha eseguito lo scontrino senza passare codice fiscale (non avevo capito stesse già emettendo lo scontrino fiscale, dato che di solito mi viene dato solo quello di avvenuta prenotazione e fatto lo scontrino fiscale solo al momento in cui viene ritirato il prodotto (dato che non si può ritirare un prodotto con uno scontrino del giorno precedente). Me ne sono resa conto solo successivamente di questa problematica, e dopo aver chiesto se ci fosse qualche modo per poter non perdere quello scontrino (per la detrazione dei medicinali, dato che non si parla di un medicinale di pochi spiccioli) dato che non era stato un errore mio, il ragazzo mi ha detto che non poteva farlo perché era poi un casino per lui scaricare e ricaricare il prodotto!
