★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale gentilissimo, a totale disposizione del cliente. Farmacia nuovissima e tecnologica, dotata di un magazzino robotizzato e completamente automatizzato. Di tali sistemi, pochissimi gli esemplari che esistono in Italia e per lo più di vecchia concezione. Si tratta di un magazzino costituito da una struttura lunga 11 metri, larga 2,50 ed alta 3, capace di contenere 21.000 specialità medicinali. La struttura si interfaccia con il sistema informatico gestionale della farmacia ed ha la capacità di effettuare, in totale autonomia, le operazioni di carico dei prodotti, confrontare la merce con gli ordini di arrivo e sistemarla su scaffalature di vetro posizionate al suo interno o su binari ad altissimo scorrimento. E’ in grado di gestire le scadenze di ogni prodotto, e il prelievo degli stessi viene effettuato digitando sui computer la merce da vendere. Ancor più stupefacente il sistema in grado di fornire al banco i farmaci in maniera diretta leggendo con uno scanner i codici della ricetta. Una volta fornito l’ordine con il computer, il sistema preleva i farmaci e, tramite un nastro ed un ascensore, li porta al piano vendita, scaricandoli di fianco all’operatore che li ha richiesti.
Very kind staff, totally available to the customer. Brand new and technological pharmacy, equipped with a robotic and fully automated warehouse. Of these systems, very few specimens exist in Italy and mostly of old conception. It is a warehouse consisting of a structure 11 meters long, 2.50 wide and 3 high, capable of containing 21,000 medicinal specialties. The structure interfaces with the pharmacy management IT system and has the ability to carry out product loading operations in total autonomy, compare the goods with arrival orders and place them on glass shelves positioned inside it or on tracks very high flow. It is able to manage the deadlines of each product, and the withdrawal of the same is done by typing the goods to be sold on the computers. Even more astonishing, the system is able to supply drugs directly to the counter by reading the recipe codes with a scanner. Once the order has been supplied with the computer, the system takes the drugs and, via a belt and an elevator, takes them to the sales floor, unloading them next to the operator who requested them.
