★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato in questa farmacia un gel antibiotico ad uso oftalmologico dietro consiglio di uno specialista, che ho applicato una volta tornata a casa. Solo successivamente mi sono accorta che il farmaco era scaduto da 4 mesi. Sono tornata in farmacia facendo notare che non può succedere che un farmaco di questo tipo, per la sua forma fisica e per il tipo di utilizzo, venga venduto scaduto. La farmacista, non solo non si è minimamente scusata, anzi, con fare arrogante e maleducato mi ha risposto che non può controllare tutte le scadenze dei farmaci e che è normale che capiti. Ha sbattuto la nuova scatola del farmaco sul bancone e mi ha urlato varie volte arrivederci allontanandosi.
Sconsigliatissima. Non ci tornerò.

Sconsigliatissima. I won't be back.
