★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se potessi mettere 0 stelle le metterei, servizio incommentabile. Sono dovuta andare in farmacia per fare un tampone di controllo a mia figlia (mandati dall ausl), il signore che ci ha servito (alle ore 11 circa) è stato maleducatissimo alzando anche i toni, e tra l’altro incompetente. Ha fatto il tampone male. Risultata negativa in mattinata, sono andata in un altra farmacia perché non mi fidavo, ed è risultata POSITIVA.
Ma voi vi rendete conto che se non fossi stata io ad avere un accortezza in più mia figlia sarebbe entrata a scuola positiva e avrebbe dovuto fare la seconda dose di vaccino da positiva? Vergognosi.
E in tutto cioè si è anche dimenticato di ridarmi il tesserino sanitario indietro.
If I could put 0 stars I would put them, incommementable service. I had to go to the pharmacy to make a buffer of control to my daughter (mandated by the Ausl), the Lord who served us (at about 11 am) was rudely raising even the tones, and among other things incompetent. He did the bad swab. It was negative in the morning, I went to another pharmacy because I didn't trust, and it was positive.
But do you realize that if you weren't I had an actor in my daughter would have entered positive school and should have done the second dose of positive vaccine? Shameful.
And in all of that is also forgotten to give myself the health card back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorrei tanto mettere 0 stelle!! Il personale di questa farmacia non conosce le parole educazione ed empatia! Vergognosamente sgarbati! Ho usufruito il sevizio per un tampone (a pagamento!! ) e la "signora" mi ha quasi rotto la membrana nasale. Ho avuto mal di testa per le successive 2 ore!! Mi ha parlato in modo scortese e tracotante! Un tale disrispetto ed incompetenza all'estero sono sanciti! Ho fatto tamponi in diversi paesi europei ed è la prima volta che provo un simile dolore! A MAI PIÙ!!
I would love to put 0 stars !! The staff of this pharmacy do not know the words education and empathy! Shamefully rude! I used the service for a tampon (for a fee !!) and the "lady" almost broke my nasal membrane. I had a headache for the next 2 hours !! He spoke to me in a rude and arrogant way! Such disrespect and incompetence abroad are sanctioned! I have had tampons in several European countries and this is the first time I feel such pain! TO NEVER AGAIN!!
