Studiando poi l'argomento mi sono ritrovata nelle sue parole!

Pensavo che una valesse l'altra e andavo dove capitava, ma dopo aver incontrato qui la gentilezza e la professionalità del personale, ho scoperto che da una farmacia si può uscire più felici di quando si è entrati.
In questi tempi di distanziamento sociale coatto, essere accolti con cortesia e il giusto tempo per il confronto fa la differenza.

I thought that one was as good as another and I went wherever it happened, but after meeting the kindness and professionalism of the staff here, I discovered that you can leave a pharmacy happier than when you entered.
In these times of forced social distancing, being welcomed with courtesy and having the right time for discussion makes the difference.
