Chiesti 4 prodotti diversi e solo 1 corrisponde alle mie richieste!
Se il cliente chiede uno specifico prodotto deve ricevere quello,non cio' che vogliono loro.
Se il cliente chiede che nello scontrino sia inserito il codice fiscale loro devono inserirlo anche se i prodotti non sono detraibili,a loro non deve interessare il motivo per il quale il cliente fa' tale richiesta!
This morning, the service was rushed.
Ask 4 different products and only 1 corresponds to my requests!
If the customer asks for a specific product he must receive that, not what they want.
If the customer asks for the tax code to be entered on the receipt, they must enter it even if the products are not deductible, they must not be interested in the reason for which the customer makes such a request!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mille domande non si sa per che cosa per prendere un farmaco che tra l altro era la farmacia di turno ,e tanta arroganza per niente. Per quel che mi riguarda personalmente perdete un cliente se siete cosi anche con altri.La prossima volta mi recherò in un altra farmacia di turno visto le vostre risposte e la vostra arroganza soprattuto.
