Spero possiate velocizzare le operazioni Kind and helpful but really ... with all the good in the world you can't wait almost 2 hours to swab 8 people ... in the grandmile 8 people do it in a quarter of an hour. I hope you can speed up the operations

Hanno detto che gli fanno un piacere e che possono dirgli di no. Ricordo ai dottori che un legge c'è, trattasi del regolamento europeo 953 del 14 giugno 2021 art 3 comma 2, dove la Commissione europea spiega in riferimento ai test antigenici rapidi il diritto dei potenziali titolari di ricevere i certificati in forma digitale o cartaceo,o in entrambi i formati. Inoltre visto l andazzo generale dopo 15 euro di tamponi ogni due giorni non avremmo nessun problema a pagare anche una fotocopia...ormai The doctor and the doctor stated that they are not required to print my husband the green pass if the result of the swab he goes to their pharmacy for is negative. Devo fare un ringraziamento particolare soprattutto in questo periodo assurdo, sono gli unici riusciti a fare un tampone al mio piccolo di 3 anni e 1/2 senza farlo saltare sulla sedia. Very kind and competent staff, with enviable patience in front of certain people even a saint would have lost it. D	Daniele Iannotta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questo fenomeno mi ha fatto un tampone, ho dovuto chiamarlo io dopo 1 ora per avere l'esito (assurdo) e mi ha comumicato un esito negativo, per poi richiamarmi mezzora dopo dicendo che forse era un mezzo negativo e di passare tra qualche giorno per un nuovo tampone e nel frattempo di scegliere io come volevo muovermi che lui mi anvrebbe mandato esito che preferivo (assurdo) Questo fenomeno che mi ha fatto il tampone dovrebbe cambiare lavoro perché io qualche ora dopo ho fatto un tampone in un altra farmacia dove dopo 58secondi mi hanno segnalato la mia positività mentre avevo ancora il messaggio di qualche ora prima dove appunto a sua detta io ero negativo. Reputo l operato di questa persona di scarso livello, molto incompetente . Ha messo a repentaglio la salute di non so quante persone se io non andavo a fare un tampone di ricontrollo.. Siamo venuti più volte, in particolare di recente ho avuto bisogno per mio padre e nonostante il gran da fare e il momento difficile sono riusciti a darmi l'aiuto necessario cosa che da altre parti mi era stato negato. La consiglio vivamente. Grazie ancora. Truly a wonderful pharmacy, especially from the human side, always present courtesy and availability. We have come several times, in particular recently I needed for my father and despite the great work and the difficult time they managed to give me the necessary help which elsewhere I had been denied. Non posso lamentarmi di nulla, anzi, molti clienti sebbene arrivino in ritardo o in orario di chiusura non hanno mai chiuso la porta in faccia a nessuno, anzi anche in quei casi aiutavano i clienti. Come farmacia è ben assortita di qualsiasi prodotto, ho acquistato dei rossetti fantastici e per qualsiasi tipo di problema trovano una soluzione. Ormai sono una cliente abituale. A convenient pharmacy for its location, the staff always available and courteous. I can't complain about anything, on the contrary, many customers, even if they arrive late or during closing time, have never closed the door in anyone's face, even in those cases they helped customers. As a pharmacy it is well stocked with any product, I bought some fantastic lipsticks and for any type of problem they find a solution. I am now a regular customer.
