Per di più molto del personale sono altamente antipatici
Bad. I ordered a gel and I got a powder. I ordered an antibiotic and the next day they tell me that my recipe, viewed the night before, was not valid.
What's more, a lot of the staff are highly disliked

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato delle medicine presso questa farmacia, essendo impossibilitato a recarmici di persona. Si sono mostrati disponibili e ringrazio. Tuttavia, la dottoressa che ha effettuato la consegna mi ha chiesto SatisPay come metodo di pagamento (oppure contanti, che non possedevo). Ringrazio di avere 21 anni perché una persona anziana sicuramente non ha SatisPay ma necessita certamente delle medicine, molto di più di uno studente. Poi, in genere, non è così scontato usare SatisPay, per cui, visto che la dottoressa non aveva dichiaratamente SatisPay, ho chiesto eventualmente se potessi pagare tramite Bancomat, per semplificarle il lavoro. La dottoressa, quasi stizzita, risponde “come faccio a portarle il bancomat, scusi?”. Io non pretendo di avere ragione, ma se chiedo la disponibilità di pagare col bancomat è perché so che, nel 2021, esistono dispositivi adibiti proprio al pagamento wireless tramite bancomat, come ad esempio SumUp (che costa 30€). Ora, così come per SatisPay, nemmeno SumUp è altrettanto usato, ma non ho gradito la risposta quasi irriverente della dottoressa. A parte questo, come dicevo all’inizio, ho apprezzato la disponibilità e l’ascolto dell’interlocutrice.
I ordered medicine from this pharmacy, as I was unable to go there in person. They have shown themselves available and thank you. However, the doctor who made the delivery asked me for SatisPay as a payment method (or cash, which I did not have). I am thankful for being 21 because an elderly person certainly does not have SatisPay but certainly needs medicine, much more than a student. Then, in general, it is not so obvious to use SatisPay, so since the doctor clearly did not have SatisPay, I asked if I could pay by ATM, to simplify her work. The doctor, almost annoyed, replies "how can I get you the ATM, excuse me?". I do not pretend to be right, but if I ask for the willingness to pay with an ATM, it is because I know that, in 2021, there are devices used for wireless payment via ATMs, such as SumUp (which costs € 30). Now, as with SatisPay, SumUp is not used as much, but I did not like the almost irreverent answer from the doctor. Apart from this, as I said at the beginning, I appreciated the availability and listening of the interlocutor.
