Personale preparato, gentile, con il sorriso e sempre pronto a consigliare. A mio parere di gran lunga la migliore tra quelle della zona.

L'unico problema é il parcheggio, bisogna stare attenti all'uscita in macchina.
Per il resto é super consigliata, mi trovo molto bene!
Well equipped pharmacy and very nice inside. The staff are professional and very kind.
The only problem is parking, you have to be careful when you get out by car.
For the rest it is super recommended, I am very happy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le due dottoresse più giovani sono una più maleducata dell'altra. Per fortuna ci sono altre farmacie in zona dove non fanno aspettare mezz'ora un disabile e lo prendono pure per il cu*lo dopo che fa notare questa cosa. Terribili.
The two younger doctors are more rude than the other. Luckily there are other pharmacies in the area where they don't make a disabled person wait half an hour and they even take him for the butt after he points this out. Terrible.

Mi sono recato oggi 22/12 alle ore 14.10 per un tampone a fronte dell'esito positivo di un collega. Ho prenotato tramite Boots, e una volta arrivato mi sono reso conto di aver sbagliato la data. Dopo aver detto alla farmacista (giovane, sulla trentina, capelli castani) che non c'era problema dato il mio errore, lei con fare molto sgarbato, parlando della prenotazione sbagliata mi ha risposto "ci credo molto poco". Come se avessi prenotato per il primo giorno disponibile e mi fossi recato lì sapendo che era il giorno sbagliato. Me ne sono andato subito. Che maleducazione.
Sono stato contatto la sera stessa dalla dottoressa responsabile della Farmacia, con cui ho avuto modo di chiarire cordialmente la questione sopra descritta.

I went today 22/12 at 14.10 for a swab in the face of the positive result of a colleague. I booked through Boots, and once I got there I realized I got the date wrong. After telling the pharmacist (young, in her thirties, brown hair) that there was no problem given my mistake, she very rudely, speaking of the wrong booking, replied "I believe very little". As if I booked for the first available day and went there knowing it was the wrong day. I left immediately. What rudeness.
I was contacted the same evening by the doctor in charge of the Pharmacy, with whom I was able to cordially clarify the matter described above.

Comprando dei farmaci per mia padre, ha manifestato grande serietà e professionalità. Dato l'attuale evolversi di fake news e cure fai da te.
Ha voluto investigare sull'origine della richiesta arrivando a chiedermi di telefonare ai miei genitori. In caso alternativo non mi avrebbe fornito il farmaco.
Poteva venderlo, incassare e chi se ne frega.
Sono rimasto colpito dall'attenzione e dall'umanità della farmacista.
Colgo questa occasione per ringraziarli ancora.
