Appena telefonato per un farmaco veterinario urgente che sto cercando in tutta Ferrara, senza nemmeno sentire la domanda mi sono sentita rispondere "signora ho la farmacia piena, non è che posso stare al telefono tutto il giorno". Proprio complimenti, grande professionalità. A unique discourtesy. Oltretutto vende le mascherine sfuse prive di confezione protettiva che maneggia senza guanti con le stesse mani con cui ha incassato i soldi. Te le poggia in foglio carta che le copre per tre quarti e te le porge come un cono gelato. Vorrei capire inoltre il senso della vendita della maschera sfusa ma con l'obbligo di doverne acquistare 5 oppure 10. Altre farmacie le vendono sigillate in confezioni da 3/5/10 ma il senso della quantità è dato dal fatto che siano sigillate con un codice di riconoscimento e il marchio del produttore. Quelle vendute da questa farmacia non hanno nessun marchio ed è probabile che siano senza marchio CE come quelle che stanno rifilando alcuni rivenditori. In fine molte farmacie permettono di passare il codice fiscale per l'acquisto delle mascherine ma loro no, perché mai?. Those sold by this pharmacy do not have any mark and are likely to be without CE mark like those that some retailers are trimming.
