Ho chiamato questa farmacia per prenotare i tamponi rapidi di fine isolamento per i miei nonni (ultra 80enni) con il covid. Ne volevo prenotare due, ma, con tono molto scocciato, il farmacista mi ha risposto che gli avevo detto, a inizio telefonata, che volevo prenotarne uno solo (cosa non vera). Nuovamente, con tono molto scocciato e maleducato, ha risposto che aveva un solo posto data la mia indecisione (indecisione che aveva dedotto da solo). Infine, ha più volte ribadito di terminare la chiamata, poiché stava perdendo tempo dato che la prenotazione era per terzi.

I called this pharmacy to book quick end isolation pads for my grandparents (over 80) with covid. I wanted to book two, but, in a very annoyed tone, the pharmacist replied that I had told him, at the beginning of the phone call, that I wanted to book only one (which is not true). Again, in a very annoyed and rude tone, he replied that he only had one seat given my indecision (indecision he had deduced himself). Finally, he repeatedly reiterated to end the call, as he was wasting time as the booking was for third parties.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono senza parole! Già la simpatia non è il loro forte ma rifiutarsi di dare un servizio(tampone) ad un bambino di 7 anni, senza dare una giustificazione valida( perché piangono) è veramente ridicolo! Sicuramente non hanno guadagnato un cliente ..anzi
I am speechless! Already sympathy is not their strong point but to refuse to give a service (tampon) to a 7 year old child, without giving a valid justification (because they cry) is really ridiculous! They certainly haven't gained a customer ... no
