Chiesto farmaco in compresse il giorno 19 ottobre, incartato lontano dalla cassa dove mi trovavo, (quindi non potevo vedere cosa c'era dentro), pagato con bancomat. Ho aperto la confezione quando mi serviva il farmaco, ovvero esattamente dopo una settimana. Mi sono ritrovato un collirio. L' ho subito riportato in farmacia dove ho chiesto con gentilezza la sostituzione del collirio con le compresse che avevo chiesto. Mi è stato risposto che era impossibile perché "avevo acquistato il farmaco da troppo tempo" (ovvero da 7 giorni). Tralascio la genialata dello scontrino (avete 4 casse, forse 5, non una!). Della serie il Farmacista ha sempre ragione ed il cliente paga per gli errori altrui. Complimenti. Peccato non poter assegnare zero stelle. Il farmaco riportato era ovviamente ed assolutamente integro (confezione perfettamente chiusa, aperto solo fogliettino di carta ad uso involucro esterno). E date gli scontrini ai clienti, secondo normativa vigente.......... Bad. Asked for drug in tablets on October 19th, wrapped away from the cash desk where I was, (so I couldn't see what was inside), paid for by ATM. I opened the package when I needed the drug, which is exactly after a week. I found myself some eye drops. I immediately took it back to the pharmacy where I politely asked to replace the eye drops with the tablets I had asked for. I was told that it was impossible because "I had bought the drug for too long" (ie 7 days). I leave out the genius of the receipt (you have 4 boxes, maybe 5, not one!). In the series, the Pharmacist is always right and the customer pays for the mistakes of others. Well done. Too bad not being able to assign zero stars. The reported drug was obviously and absolutely intact (perfectly closed package, only a small sheet of paper opened for external wrapping). And give the receipts to customers, according to current legislation ..........

Sprovvisti di camice e mascherina! Purtroppo una professione svolta senza passione è destinata a finire. I strongly advise against this "pharmacy". Avere una farmacia sotto casa è già una gran cosa, ma quando il personale è preparato e gentile e l'offerta di prodotti e servizi è ampia, come in questo caso, la soddisfazione raddoppia! Sono cliente dal giorno di apertura e mai una volta mi è capitato di uscire insoddisfatto. Ultimamente è comparsa una recensione negativa "sospetta" dalla quale mi dissocio completamente. Non so se è un semplice caso di omonimia (dubito) o uno scherzo di cattivo gusto, nei confronti del quale provvederò a tutelarmi legalmente, ma confermo il mio dissenso nei confronti delle parole e dei toni utilizzati. Having a pharmacy nearby is already a great thing, but when the staff is trained and kind and the offer of products and services is wide, as in this case, the satisfaction doubles! I have been a customer since opening day and never once did I go out unsatisfied. A "suspicious" negative review has recently appeared from which I completely dissociate myself. I do not know if it is a simple case of homonymy (I doubt) or a joke in bad taste, against which I will legally protect myself, but I confirm my disagreement with the words and tones used.
