Ho prenotato un tampone per mia figlia che è stato effettuato in uno pseudo sgabuzzino sporco con le confezioni dei tamponi effettuati buttate per terra, ambiente non idoneo a fare questo tipo di esame, il dottore ci ha aperto inizialmente senza mascherina, la farmacista è stata maleducata quando dopo 15 minuti di attesa fuori in piedi sotto la pioggia mi sono permessa di chiedere quanto tempo ci volesse.
Bad experience. I booked a swab for my daughter which was carried out in a dirty pseudo closet with the packs of swabs thrown on the ground, an unsuitable environment for this type of examination, the doctor initially opened us without a mask, the pharmacist was rude when after 15 minutes of waiting outside standing in the rain I allowed myself to ask how long it would take.

Bad experience.Highly rude staff. I went for two tampons. The only polite and polite person was the doctor who swabbed. For the rest, not even a star. Especially the lady at the cashier.
