Purtroppo quando il personale ,soprattutto qualche impiegato, manca di competenza emotiva, si pone in maniera scortese, presuntuosa e spesso arrogante nei modi e nei toni, questo fa venir meno ogni possibile professionalita' e con essa anche la preparazione passa in secondo ordine. Forse se ogni tanto tutti facessimo notare anche questi aspetti, che certo non sono secondari, tutti potremmo godere di una societa' piu' civile!!! Se potessi diffiderei tutti dall' andare, chissa' se questa farmacia guadagnerebbe in efficienza ed efficacia dei servizi in senso ancora piu' ampio!
The pharmacy is very well stocked. Unfortunately, when the staff, especially some employees, lacks emotional competence, they are rude, presumptuous and often arrogant in their manner and tone, this makes every possible professionalism lessen and with it also the preparation takes second place. Perhaps if every now and then we all pointed out these aspects, which are certainly not secondary, we could all enjoy a more civilized society !!! If I could I would distrust everyone from going, who knows if this pharmacy would gain in efficiency and effectiveness of services in an even wider sense!
