Scusa poteva mettere l'insegna "facciamo tamponi rapidi solo per chi sa di essere negativo". Pure tanto 25€ per un tampone che costa poco più di 3€ comprando una confezione da 20. I took relatives for a quick swab at this pharmacy. When he saw the positive swab, the pharmacist became nervous. Sorry he could put the sign "we make quick swabs only for those who know they are negative". Pure as much € 25 for a tampon that costs just over € 3 by buying a pack of 20.

Sono andata a prenotare altri tamponi che mi servono per il lavoro e scopro che quelli già prenotati non risultavano nel loro elenco. Sono stata trattata a pesci in faccia nonostante fosse stato un loro errore. Deludente e sconcertante!!! Imparate l'educazione. If there had been the possibility to put even a star I would have done it. Rude and unfriendly staff especially the doctor. I went to book other tampons that I need for the job and I find that the ones already booked were not on their list. I was treated like a piss in the face even though it was their mistake. Disappointing and disconcerting !!! Learn education.

La gentilezza non è di casa in quella farmacia o forse solo con i clienti di fiducia. Per cui la.lascio volentieri a quest'ultimi. Dottore e infermiera veramente maleducati, alla mia domanda se fanno i tamponi mi rispondono di sì e che, nonostante l’apertura sia alle 15.30, i tamponi vengono effettuati dopo le 15.45, quindi mi è stato detto di “andare a fare un giro”; al mio disappunto, spiegandogli che avevo la febbre, mi viene risposto che me ne dovevo andare in ospedale se ero sintomatica. Io disperata, con tantissima febbre chiedo se conoscono quale ospedale dove fanno tamponi senza prenotazione e loro, sempre maleducatamente, rispondono di non sapere niente e che ancora non mi potevano aiutare. Se ne sono lavati le mani, perché sia mai aiutare una persona che sta male e che ti chiede aiuto. NON FANNO TAMPONI A CHI STA MALE, VOGLIONO SOLO PAZIENTI CHE NON HANNO ALCUN PROBLEMA. Uno schifo. Non ci tornerò MAI PIÙ!!!!! Vergognatevi!!!!!! I give star because I can't give ZERO. Really rude doctor and nurse, to my question if they swab they say yes and that, despite the opening is at 3.30 pm, the swabs are done after 3.45 pm, so I was told to "go for a ride"; to my disappointment, explaining that I had a fever, I was told that I had to go to the hospital if I was symptomatic. I desperately, with a lot of fever, ask if they know which hospital where they make tampons without reservation and they, always rudely, reply that they do not know anything and that they still could not help me. They washed their hands of it, so why ever help a person who is sick and asking you for help. THEY DON'T SWABS WHO IS SICK, THEY ONLY WANT PATIENTS WHO HAVE NO PROBLEMS. It sucks.
