★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte im Urlaub in Südtirol rezeptpflichtige Medikamente vergessen und fuhr daher ins Krankenhaus nach Schlanders, wo man mir ein Rezept ausstellte. Das Rezept wollte ich am Freitag um 15 Uhr in der Apotheke in Prato einlösen. Der jüngere Angestellte war sehr freundlich, musste aber, da das Medikament bestellt werden musste, seinen Chef fragen, der mich nach Hause schickte. Er benötige ein extra Rezept, vergleichbar mit einem btm Rezept in Deutschland. Das Rezept aus dem Krankenhaus sei nicht korrekt. Es wurde nicht einmal im 20km weit entfernten Krankenhaus angerufen, wo ich gerade hergekommen war. Ich bin sprachlos, sowas habe ich noch nicht erlebt.
I forgot prescription medication while on vacation in South Tyrol and therefore drove to the hospital in Silandro, where I was given a prescription. I wanted to redeem the prescription on Friday at 3 p.m. in the pharmacy in Prato. The younger employee was very friendly, but since the drug had to be ordered, he had to ask his boss, who sent me home. He needs an extra prescription, comparable to a btm prescription in Germany. The prescription from the hospital is not correct. They didn't even call the hospital 20km away where I had just come from. I'm speechless, I've never seen anything like it.
