Il personale è molto gentile, cortese, cordiale e ben disponibile a seguire il cliente nella sua esigenza consigliando il farmaco giusto in base alla circostanza e fornendo le spiegazioni necessarie del farmaco molto competenti. Sicuramente soddisfatto. Grazie. Pharmacy new and modern, in a good location and free of charge parking in front of the entrance. The staff is very polite, courteous, friendly and well available to follow the customer in his needs by recommending the right drug based on the circumstance and providing the necessary explanations of the drug very competent. Nonostante eravamo tutti negati siamo stati trattati cn poco rispetto quasi come degli untori I understand the fear of swabbing as exposed but the staff very rude and disrespectful. Although we were all denied, we were treated with little respect almost like greasers

La dottoressa addetta ai tamponi, che ti mette a tuo agio e ti spiega cosa fare per non darti fastidio, è delicatissima nell'eseguire il tampone. Questa farmacia è il mio unico punto di riferimento. All the staff are very kind and always available. The doctor in charge of swabs, who puts you at ease and explains what to do to avoid bothering you, is very delicate in performing the swab. Vorrei spendere due parole per la dottoressa che fa i tamponi, (faccio presente che eseguo un tampone ogni 48 ore dal 15 ottobre e ho girato tutte le farmacie di ragusa ) che mi ha stupito prima per la delicatezza con cui esegue il test e poi perché è stata l'unica, ad oggi , a preoccuparsi di chiedermi se mi avesse procurato troppo fastidio . Gesto di sensibilità che merita un encomio ! Grazie Friendly and helpful staff and easy parking.
