Sono una cliente abituale , oltre a questo siamo vicini di negozio non sono mai stata trattata con i guanti e nemmeno mi interessa , ma pretendo rispetto !!!!! In questa farmacia la cordialità non è il pezzo forte ma questa volta veramente i limiti sono stati ampiamente superati !! Dovevo pagare circa cinque euro, non avendo monete pago con la 10 , il dottore inizia a sbraitare che non aveva resto raccontandomi dei suoi 40 clienti serviti in una sola ora ( Beato lui !!! invece di essere grato, c'è gente che non lavora e si ammazza ) vado in auto a raccogliere tutte le monete che ho , ma non raggiungo la somma e il gentile dottore inizia ad alzare la voce , mettendomi in imbarazzo davanti agli altri clienti che non capiscono cosa avessi fatto di cosi grave .... non ha smesso di umiliarmi accusandomi addirittura di non avere la carta ....Sono scioccata !!! Non è da me scrivere recensioni negative, ma questa volta veramente si è superata la soglia dell'arroganza, della superbia e della maleducazione !!!!!! VERGOGNA!!!!

In this pharmacy, friendliness is not the strong point but this time the limits have been really exceeded! I had to pay about five euros, having no coins I pay with 10, the doctor begins to rant that he had no change telling me about his 40 customers served in one hour (Blessed is he !!! instead of being grateful, there are people who don't he works and kills himself) I go by car to collect all the coins I have, but I do not reach the sum and the kind doctor starts to raise his voice, embarrassing me in front of the other customers who do not understand what I had done so bad ... . he has not stopped humiliating me, even accusing me of not having the card .... I am shocked !!! It is not like me to write negative reviews, but this time it really crossed the threshold of arrogance, pride and rudeness !!!!!! SHAME!!!!
