In un caso Covid dove si prendono e si restituiscono bombole continuamente, è inaccettabile che l'uscita e il rientro di una bombola sia scritto su un pezzetto di carta senza neanche rilasciare una ricevuta al cliente. Il caso ha voluto che la sua pessima gestione interna facesse sì che una bombola risultasse non consegnata. Mi viene chiesto di passare il giorno successivo dandogli tempo per effettuare i suoi controlli. Come da aspettarselo, quando arrivo in farmacia, nessuna novità, nasce una discussione su come risolvere il problema e il tanto gentil dottore come recensiscono i suoi amati clienti, decide di terminare la discussione dicendomi che non voleva più vedermi e che mi avrebbe dato la cauzione ma applicando il disturbo notturno di 7.50. Caro dottore, lei è buono con i clienti che non hanno il coraggio di far valere la loro voce, quando incontra persone che vogliono farsi rispettare come clienti si mette sulla offensiva cercando anche di imbrogliare il cliente.
