Sono stato accolto al banco da una dottoressa al limite dello sgarbato, che poi ha sbirciato l’esecuzione del mio tampone fatto dalla collega dalla porta rimasta aperta. Poi è tornata al banco con una spiacevole battuta: “siamo rovinate”, alludendo al fatto che accusavo molto fastidio, vista anche la mia alta sensibilità al dolore. Quindi intendeva che lei e la sua collega sono rovinate sul lavoro da persone come me. Ritengo l’atteggiamento non professionale e discriminatorio nei miei confronti. Suggerisco ai titolari di fare una verifica della professionalità del personale prescelto a questa mansione. I was greeted at the desk by a doctor who was almost rude, who then peeked at my colleague's execution of my swab from the door that remained open. Then she returned to the counter with an unpleasant joke: “we are ruined”, alluding to the fact that I was experiencing a lot of discomfort, also given my high sensitivity to pain. So he meant that she and her colleague are ruined at work by people like me. I consider the unprofessional and discriminatory attitude towards me. Mi fanno il tampone loro, pago 15,00 euro e mi dicono che essendo lievemente positivo non possono rilasciarmi il certificato di negatività. Non contento torno a casa e mi rifaccio un ulteriore tampone fai da te e mi risulta NEGATIVO. A voi le conclusioni. Before making a tampon in this pharmacy I did a DIY one at home and it was NEGATIVE. They swab me, I pay € 15.00 and they tell me that being slightly positive they cannot issue me the certificate of negativity. Not happy I go home and make another DIY tampon and it turns out to be NEGATIVE. The conclusions are up to you.
