★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chi si complimenta per il fatto che i farmaci che non hanno li ordinano e li fanno arrivare in giornata, forse non sa che è un servizio che qualunque farmacia fa, ed è nel suo interesse farlo visto che il tutto è finalizzato a fare una vendita (è un servizio che i magazzini danno alle farmacie gratuitamente). Io da ex rappresentante ne conosco parecchie di farmacie, e questa è una di quelle "gentili e garbate" quando porti soldi, ma decisamente sgarbate e maleducate se vai lì in veste di rappresentante. Questo la dice lunga sulle qualità umane di chi sta dietro il banco. Pessima, sconsigliatissima

Risposta alla mia mail di disappunto, scortesemente scrivono di cercarmi un'altra farmacia che loro non hanno tempo... (Lavorano solo loro a questo mondo) e di fare segnalazioni dove ritengo più opportuno. Intanto qui... si può capire il sovraccarico di lavoro in questi giorni ma se uno non può muoversi per avere solo informazioni o prenotazioni, visto che scrivono devono gestire i prenotati...e come prenoti se butti giù il telefono in faccia?
Hanno dato un ruolo importante alle farmacia ma questo non autorizza a trattare a pesci in faccia i (potenziali) clienti.
