Oltre al fatto che non mi è stato rilasciato, quando sono tornato per farlo ristampare l'indomani, la signora presente mi ha detto che non aveva tempo di farlo. Faccio presente che all'interno non c'era nessuno e dicendomi "se torna tra un'ora vedo se riesco a farlo ma non le assicuro niente". Sono uscito andato in farmacia a Pontegradella e in meno di un minuto mi è stato stampato, quindi non riesco a capire cosa di così urgente o importante dovesse fare la commessa per perdere un minuto. Inoltre non è stata per niente delicata e nel farlo mi ha causato molto dolore (dolore che in una ventina di tamponi non ho mai accusato). Infine nel momento in cui l'ho avvisata del male che stavo provando mi ha risposto in maniera sgarbata e maleducata. Vergognoso. Sconsiglio vivamente di effettuare tamponi in sua presenza.
