Chiamo lunedì in quanto non sono residente a Modica e chiedo se hanno trovato i 10 euro e mi hanno risposto cordialmente che sarei potuto andare in farmacia a ritirarli, spiego che non sono residente e mi accordano gentilmente una ricarica telefonica di pari importo, ma questi soldi non arrivano. Richiamo e parlo con la titolare la quale mi dice che dei 10 € non c'è traccia nel distributore, quando invece 2 giorni prima mi avevano detto l'esatto contrario. 10€ persi, PESSIMA ESPERIENZA! Last week (Saturday evening) I went to the pharmacy to pick up a product from their external vending machine and the vending machine itself stuck 10 euros in the cash point, I pass Sunday and the money was still there. I call on Monday as I am not a resident of Modica and I ask if they have found the 10 euros and they replied cordially that I could go to the pharmacy to collect them, I explain that I am not a resident and they kindly grant me a telephone top-up of the same amount, but this money they do not arrive. I call back and talk to the owner who tells me that there is no trace of the 10 € in the dispenser, when instead 2 days earlier they had told me the exact opposite. 10 € lost, BAD EXPERIENCE!
