Vado la mattina per comprare uno sciroppo, si frantuma in mille pezzi il contenitore (avevo lo scontrino), chiamo per sapere se potevano darmene un altro, rispondono dicendo che non ci possono fare niente e che loro non sono a casa con me ( secondo la loro logica io rompo apposta lo sciroppo comprato la mattina?)
Servizio scadente!!!!
A bad star is already a lot. I go in the morning to buy a syrup, the container is shattered into a thousand pieces (I had the receipt), I call to find out if they could give me another one, they reply saying that they can't do anything about it and that they are not at home with me (according to their logic I break the syrup bought in the morning on purpose?)
Poor service !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hanno fatto tornare tre volte e ogni volta, a seconda del farmacista che capitava dietro il bancone, mi davano una versione diversa. Sono andato via dicendogli di non far perdere tempo alla gente. Disorganizzati e superficiali.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una vergogna!!! Comprato da loro tamponi fai da te al costo di 12.99, al conad stesso articolo, stesso codice, stessa confezione stessa ditta 4.99.. per non parlare della simpatia delle persone che lavorano lì, mai un sorriso, mai cortesi..
A shame!!! Purchased from them do-it-yourself tampons at a cost of 12.99, with the same item, same code, same package, same company 4.99 .. not to mention the sympathy of the people who work there, never a smile, never courteous ..
