G	Giovanni Miranda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiesto causa piccola vacanza weekend di fare dei tamponi rapidi per ottenere green pass per tre persone con validità per il sabato e tutta la domenica, beh c’è lo hanno fatto fare il venerdì mattina, io pensavo avesse durata 72 ore e quindi tutto ok invece no, era di 48 ore e non me lo hanno neanche detto, dice che dovevo saperlo io, la verità e che non hanno saputo calcolare quanto tempo prima dovessi farlo dimostrando molta incompetenza professionale perché io ero stato molto chiaro nella richiesta risultato; mi hanno lasciato la domenica scoperta da green pass invitandomi a rifarlo la sera del venerdì stesso o il sabato mattina dicendomi di pagare dinuovo il costo per intero dei tamponi, altri 45€. È stato molto umiliante da parte della farmacista la titolare non ammettere che ci sia stato l’errore da parte della sua collaboratrice che avrei compreso perché tutti possiamo sbagliare e accettarlo e sarebbe finita lì, rifacendo i tre tamponi da loro anziché ricevere un brutto disgusto per la mancata sensibilità umana se nonché solo il tentativo di un approfittamento economico. Non ci andrò più.
