★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super fiscali su ogni cosa... Se hai un' emergenza ma non hai la ricetta (anche se dimostri che prendi già il farmaco) niente. Ti mandano alla guardia medica... altro tempo perso.

Super tax on everything ... If you have an emergency but you do not have the prescription (even if it proves that you are already taking the drug) nothing. They send you to the emergency room ... more wasted time.
