Ho fatto un ordine 3 giorni fa, mi è stata inviata subito mail di conferma e riepilogo ordine e non appena spedito il pacco altra mail di avvenuta spedizione con tracciamento. Tutto arrivato stamani e come sempre NON c'è stato alcun problema. Siccome basta andarsene un po' in per vedere ovunque file interminabili fuori dalle farmacie, penso che chi ha sfortunatamente avuto qualche disagio, lo debba imputare alla massiccia mole di lavoro con cui debbono fare i conti i farmacisti che sono veramente oberati. I placed an order 3 days ago, I was immediately sent a confirmation email and order summary and as soon as the package was sent, another shipping email with tracking. Everything arrived this morning and as always there was NO problem. Since it is enough to go in for a while to see endless queues outside the pharmacies everywhere, I think that those who have unfortunately had some discomfort must blame it on the massive amount of work that pharmacists who are really overburdened with have to deal with.
