★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andato per tampone rapido (senza prenotazione in quanto non ero a conoscenza di questo servizio) e la farmacista è stata gentilissima. Il tutto è stato fatto in modo rapido e chiaro. Mi hanno fornito una copia stampata dei risultati ma ho poi anche ricevuto l’email. Estrema cortesia e professionalità.
I went for quick swab (no reservation as I was not aware of this service) and the pharmacist was super nice. Everything was done quickly and clearly. They provided me with a printed copy of the results but I also received the email. Extreme courtesy and professionalism.

Very attentive pharmacists .. available and patient with everyone's needs! For tampons there is a bit to wait like everywhere!

Al telefono mi dicono che una volta arrivato davanti alla farmacia posso mettermi in coda per l'esecuzione del tampone anche senza avere la prenotazione. Una volta in coda, i sanitari fanno passare prima i prenotati (che giustamente hanno priorità). Peccato che alla fine succede che dopo oltre 30 minuti di coda, al freddo, siccome erano già passate le ore 12,00 mi dicono che sarei dovuto tornare nel pomeriggio perché non potevano più offrire il servizio. Vergognatevi! Il vostro tempo è importante, ma Lo è anche quello dei clienti che fanno le attese per eseguire il tampone. Un servizio che spesso serve per lavorare non solo per divertirsi!
Bad service for quick swabs. On the phone they tell me that once I arrive in front of the pharmacy I can queue up for the swab even without having a reservation. Once in the queue, the sanitary workers let the booked through first (which rightly have priority). Too bad that in the end it happens that after more than 30 minutes of queuing, in the cold, as it was already past 12.00 they tell me that I would have to return in the afternoon because they could no longer offer the service. Shame on you! Your time is important, but so is that of the customers who wait to perform the swab. A service that is often used to work, not just to have fun!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata oggi con mia figlia di 11 anni. La farmacista addetta all'accettazione fa il terzo grado sul perché si decide di fare il tampone. Prima di me la giovane dottoressa aveva già discusso con altri clienti. Ritengo che se si sta al pubblico ci vada più cortesia . Trattandosi di un servizio privato e a pagamento.
I went today with my 11 year old daughter. The pharmacist in charge of admission makes the third degree on why it is decided to do the tampon.
