★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generalmente il personale è cordiale, purtroppo uno dei due senior non è stato altrettanto cordiale e professionale. Va bene avere le competenze per poter consigliare e forse anche giudicare le scelte d'acquisto dei propri clienti, ma c'è sempre modo e modo di farlo. Nel mio caso, mi sono trovata di fronte una persona dall'atteggiamento saccente ed arrogante, nonostante mi fossi dimostrata aperta ai suoi consigli. Finché parlavo e ritiravo il mio resto, si è anche spostato dalla postazione, senza salutare, né dover servire altri clienti, ma solo per dimostrare il suo disinteresse per il cliente a lavoro finito.

It is okay to have the skills to be able to advise and perhaps even judge the purchasing choices of its customers, but there is always a way and a way to do it. In my case, I found myself facing a person with a wise and arrogant attitude, despite having shown myself open to his advice. As long as I talked and withdrew my rest, he also moved from the desk, without saying goodbye, nor having to serve other customers, but only to demonstrate his disinterest in the customer at the end of the work.
