Massima attenzione alla persona più di un medico....ti danno l'aiuto e il supporto che cerchi....se non puoi ti portano i medicinali a casa....sono fantastici

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gestione tamponi pessima. 1 ora per analizzarlo e 1 ora per inviare l’esito anche quando non c’è nessuno. Tempi medi di 4 ore per ricevere il QRCode del green pass. Ritardi giustificati dando colpe alla piattaforma quando ormai succede solo più da loro. Più di 30-40 tamponi effettuati negli ultimi mesi e solo da loro si sono verificati tali problemi. Fila di gente che si lamenta per i ritardi a lavoro per colpa di questa farmacia. Mai più
Bad tampon management. 1 hour to analyze it and 1 hour to send the result even when there is no one. Average time of 4 hours to receive the QRCode of the green pass. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale veramente gentile e professionale, fatto un tampone con mia figlia e lei era molto agitata, aveva paura del test. Loro hanno saputo tranquillizzarla, con pazienza e nei suoi tempi.
Really nice and professional staff, swabbed my daughter and she was very upset, she was afraid of the test. They were able to reassure her, with patience and in her own time.

Lo hanno dovuto fare in tutte e due le narici perché non riuscivo a sopportare il dolore

Really ashamed! Luckily it was a quick swab! they went up to the root of my nose, I had eye pain for an hour and a runny nose.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ero in cerca di 2 posti disponibili per eseguire un tampone rapido di lunedì, venerdì mattina mi sono recato in farmacia, è quella di zona.
Ho trovato posto e non mi hanno chiesto nessun anticipo di pagamento.
Il giorno del tampone, eseguito in orario, ho ricevuto il risultato dopo 20 minuti via mail e il green pass nel giro di qualche ora.
Perfetti!!!
I was looking for 2 places available to perform a quick swab on Monday, Friday morning I went to the pharmacy, it is the one in the area.
I found a place and they didn't ask me for any advance payment.
On the day of the swab, performed on time, I received the result after 20 minutes via e-mail and the green pass within a few hours.
Perfect !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frequento la farmacia da tempo per ricette e farmaci e sono sempre stati professionali e molto gentili. Oggi per la prima volta ho effettuato un tampone rapido presso di loro e non posso che dire cose positive. Gentili, professionali, il Dottore ha un tocco delicatissimo nell'eseguire un tampone che deve per forza essere "ben fatto" .
Poche persone in coda , si passa in base all'orario di prenotazione. Il referto arriva via mail (quindi più semplice per le persone meno tecnologiche) . In circa mezz'ora ho ricevuto l'esito e poi la comunicazione del green pass da scaricare sia su app Io che tramite messaggio Regione Piemonte.
Questa è stata la mia esperienza. È un momento caotico dove le farmacie e i centri diagnostici sono presi d'assalto (per ovvie ragioni) ci vuole pazienza da parte di tutti e percepire il sorriso sotto la mascherina dell'operatore aiuta grandi e piccini

I have been going to the pharmacy for a long time for prescriptions and medicines and they have always been professional and very kind. Today for the first time I had a quick swab with them and I can only say positive things. Gentle, professional, the Doctor has a very delicate touch in making a tampon that must necessarily be "well done".
Few people in the queue, it passes according to the booking time. The report arrives via email (therefore easier for less technological people). In about half an hour I received the result and then the communication of the green pass to be downloaded both on the Io app and via the Piedmont Region message.
This has been my experience. It is a chaotic moment where pharmacies and diagnostic centers are stormed (for obvious reasons) it takes patience from everyone and perceiving the smile under the operator's mask helps young and old.
