★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faccio più di 12 km per andare a prendere un farmaco a mia madre, purtroppo ero senza ricetta ma era sabato e avevo chiesto se potevo portarla lunedì (questo lo fanno tutti), dopo aver preso i miei dati il ragazzo al banco, forse un dottore novello, mi chiede se sono un loro cliente e, alla mia risposta negativa, mi dice che non può darmi il farmaco perché contiene oppio. Non ho voluto polemizzare e me ne sono andato......
Stiamo scherzando? Mica è un supermercato che ti premiano con i punti....
Non mi dilungo ancora, in questo casoe avrei dato meno di 1 stella ma non è possibile, visto che non è la farmacia dove mi fornisco abitualmente.
Spero che imparino al ragazzino a rapportarsi con le persone in modo corretto, vendete farmaci a persone che hanno bisogno, non bibite fresche!!
I travel more than 12 km to go get my mother a drug, unfortunately I was without a prescription but it was Saturday and I asked if I could take her on Monday (everyone does this), after taking my data the guy at the counter, maybe a doctor novello, he asks me if I am their customer and, to my negative answer, he tells me that he cannot give me the drug because it contains opium. I didn't want to argue and I left ......
Are we kidding? It's not a supermarket that reward you with points ....
I will not elaborate yet, in this case I would have given less than 1 star but it is not possible, since it is not the pharmacy where I usually supply myself.
I hope they learn the kid to deal with people correctly, sell drugs to people in need, not cold drinks !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peccato che ormai vi siete fatti la nomina dei tamponi veloci, pizzica e fuggi, prego 15 euro cassa, ma non c'è uno almeno di voi che allo scadere della serata con una colonna di macchine che siamo in fila dalle 18.45, che almeno ci avvisi della chiusura ore 20.00, senza rispetto aimè di noi tamponati pure li.
