They don't answer the phone, if you need information or if you want to book a simple tampon, nothing to do. Bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scortesi e poco professionali, alla mia richiesta se avessi potuto fare tampone covid, visto che altre persone non prenotate stavano tranquillamente compilando i moduli, mi è stato risposto con una lunga ramanzina con parole come " cosa vi siete messi in testa oggi, ma cosa vi credete, tra poco ci sarà il delirio e vi presentate tutti cosi, come bisogna fare con voi ecc". Sarebbe bastato un " no, senza prenotazione non è possibile" detto in maniera serena e professionale. Comprendo il momento difficile, ma avendo fatto una richiesta in maniera garbata, mi aspettavo una risposta ( positiva o negativa che sia) altrettanto educata. Dovreste essere professionisti che lavorano con il pubblico che, viene da voi per necessità, non frivolezza. Estremamente delusa, il tampone lo posso fare altrove, ma sicuramente non tornerò per altro.
Rude and unprofessional, to my request if I could do covid swab, since other people not booked were quietly filling out the forms, I was replied with a long lecture with words like "what did you think about today, but what do you believe, soon there will be delirium and you will all introduce yourselves like this, as you have to do with you, etc. ". It would have been enough to say "no, without reservation it is not possible" said in a calm and professional way. I understand the difficult moment, but having made a polite request, I expected an equally polite response (positive or negative). You should be professionals working with the public that comes to you out of necessity, not frivolity. Extremely disappointed, I can do the swab elsewhere, but I will definitely not come back for more.
