★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo andati a chiedere un pacco di pannolini alle 22.00 di sera in questa farmacia, dove la farmacista ha risposto sgarbatamente e quando ho chimato per chiedere spiegazioni ha continuato ad essere arrogante (senza permettermi di parlare). Siamo dovuti uscire dal comune e raggiungere un'altra farmacia, dove il farmacista ci ha accolti molto gentilmente e ci ha chiesto se avessimo bisogno di altri beni di prima necessità per la nostra bimba.
La farmacista di questa sopra ci ha anche detto che non può vendere farmaci senza ricetta, ma noi avevamo chiesto solo un pacco di pannolini (non un farmaco!). La maleducazione alla base del fallimento.
We went to ask for a pack of diapers at 10pm at this pharmacy, where the pharmacist answered rudely and when I called to ask for an explanation he continued to be arrogant (without allowing me to speak). We had to leave the town and reach another pharmacy, where the pharmacist greeted us very kindly and asked us if we needed other basic necessities for our baby.
The pharmacist above also told us she can't sell drugs without a prescription, but we only asked for a pack of diapers (not a drug!). The rudeness behind failure.
