Mai più in questa farmacia nonostante la vicinanza di appena 50 metri da casa mia. M	Myriana Costa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Problema: personale scortese, il massimo quando mia madre ha fatto un tampone rapido risultato ahimé positivo ed é stata allontanata in maniera tutti' altro che gentile senza tenere nemmeno conto della privacy, tanto da fare udire l' esito del tampone al resto dei clienti e giustamente nella farmacia si é creato il panico e in mia mamma un terribile imbarazzo anche se non é una colpa avere il covid. Problem: rude staff, the maximum when my mother gave a quick swab, alas positive result and was removed in a way that was all other than polite without even taking into account privacy, so much so that the result of the swab was heard by the rest of the customers and rightly, panic has been created in the pharmacy and my mother has a terrible embarrassment even if it is not a fault to have the covid.

Ciò mi ha causato gravi danni morali ed economici. Farmacia assolutamente da evitare! Rude, incompetent and provocative staff. Ho effettuato tamponi in diversi posti e in nessun posto mi sono sentita così a casa davanti ad una situazione che ormai ci preoccupa tutti, il personale molto preparato in oltre mi ha delucidato nel miglior modo di come dovevo affrontare la mia positività e successivamente cosa avrei dovuto fare per avere il mio foglio di via davanti a tampone negativo. Oggi siamo tutti concentrati su noi stessi e non ci rendiamo conto che ogni giorno effettuato tamponi e svolgono il loro lavoro nel migliore dei modi utilizzando tutte le norme igenico sanitare che la situazione richiede ,poi la decenza delle persone magari potrebbe essere d aiuto non ci vuole molto a capire che nell incertezza della positività o negatività non si deve entrare in farmacia nel rispetto del personale e dei clienti che si trovano li per altro motivo, d'altronde ai drive in non è neanche consentito scendere dal mezzo.. quindi si Farmacia juvara la consiglio vivamente... Inutile che vi arrampichiate sugli specchi..solo da voi si vedono queste cose...studiate prima la legge sulla privacy..e invece di inveire sui clienti correggete gli atteggiamenti errati del vostro personale...la confusione e gli orari non rispettati non vi discolpano..non è la prima volta che succede da voi...chiedete in giro..tutti hanno assistito a queste simpatiche sceneggiate in casi di positività...avete paura del virus? Non fate tamponi..ma i soldini piacciono a tutti...ho fatto tamponi in tante farmacie solo da voi ho trovato questo atteggiamento...peccato che voi crediate di essere nel giusto...
