★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiesto una medicina che uso da anni per dormire, spiegando che in questo periodo di pandemia, non mi sentivo di andare a farmi fare la ricetta per paura del contagio (peraltro appena scaduta quella a mie mani) e la signora mi ha riso in faccia dicendo che con la ricetta scaduta non me la avrebbe data. Certo. Regolare. Ma a volte è buona cosa non deridere il cliente (ora ex) e magari guardare anche con chi ci si confronta .
