L’unica persona che ritengo sia indisponente è il proprietario, non so il suo nome, è il tipo pelato.
Avevo bisogno di un prodotto specifico, ho avuto la sfortuna di essere servito da lui, che voleva propinarmi qualunque altra cosa, tranne ciò che cercavo.
Non è professionale, ed è anche logorroico, stanca la gente.
Pharmacy well stocked, very kind staff, courteous and prepared.
The only person I think is annoying is the owner, I don't know his name, he is the bald guy.
I needed a specific product, I had the misfortune of being served by him, who wanted to give me anything else, except what I was looking for.
It is not professional, and it is also talkative, it tires people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Di passaggio, sono entrato per fare praticare un "pirtuso" (si dice così?) nell'orecchio per orecchini. Credo ci abbia servito il proprietario (altrove definito "il tipo pelato"), che è stato molto competente, gentile e rassicurante.
In passing, I went in to have a "pirtuso" (do you say so?) Practiced in the ear for earrings. I think the owner served us (elsewhere called "the bald guy"), who was very knowledgeable, kind and reassuring.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Effettuano tamponi rapidi nel cuore di Palermo, in un giorno di festa come l'8 dicembre quando sarebbe stato impossibile farlo altrove.. Fra l'altro la ragazza che ci ha fatto il tampone è stata molto garbata!
Per me, questa farmacia è stata una salvezza

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful of dishonest pricing - went to the pharmacy to pick up some very basic products e.g. travel size deodorant, small shampoo bar, cerave body lotion and the final bill came to +40 euros. When I queried about the prices of the products, the lady gave me a small discount. There are no transparent prices marked on their products. What I bought and paid 40 euros for in other (more honest) pharmacies would cost no more than 20 euros. So make sure you ask for prices for the products before you buy and not to make the same mistake as me. It's a pharmacy to avoid for me in future despite on the surface friendly service.
