★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiesto la disponibilità di un prodotto, prima di autorizzare il pagamento, mi hanno risposto, in modo solo dopo la mia 2 mail. Se avessi autorizzato il pagamento, non so se avrei riavuto i soldi.
Asked the availability of a product, before authorizing the payment, they replied, so only after my 2 emails. If I had authorized the payment, I don't know if I would have got the money back.

I was in this pharmacy for the first time to have a tampon, the staff were knowledgeable and courteous.

Pur di venderti un tampone farebbero carte false.
Ho chiesto un prodotto per la cura personale mi hanno costretto a prenderne un altro spacciandolo per un equivalente e dicendo di non poter ritirarlo indietro.

In order to sell you a tampon, they would make false papers.
I asked for a personal care product and they forced me to take another one by passing it off as an equivalent and saying they can't collect it back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono una cliente abituale, sabato pomeriggio sono dovuta andare in un'altra farmacia, in quanto in via la spezia erano chiusi, per comprare lo stesso prodotto che in via la spezia avevo comprato la mattina stessa. Con grande stupore e rammarico ho dovuto constatare che il prezzo nella farmacia di Via Tibaldi era meno della metà... posso capire una differenza di pochi euro, ma vendere un prodotto medicinale a più del doppio non lo trovo corretto. Mi spiace hanno perso una cliente.
I am a regular customer, Saturday afternoon I had to go to another pharmacy, as they were closed in via la spezia, to buy the same product that I had bought in via la spezia that morning. With great amazement and regret I had to see that the price in the pharmacy in Via Tibaldi was less than half ... I can understand a difference of a few euros, but I don't find it correct to sell a medicinal product for more than double. I'm sorry they lost a customer.

Ho apprezzato che, davanti ai timori di una persona anziana, tutte le informazioni siano state date con pacatezza e in modo esauriente, spiegando con pazienza tutti i passaggi e mettendo a proprio agio. Brave tutte le dottoresse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do NOT recommend. Owner pretended she did not speak English for over 10 minutes and was rude when I was trying to return a defective Covid test I purchased here. I have never experienced such rudeness and poor customer service in Milan, especially from a store that should be apologizing for selling me a defective product. In the end she would not even return the other defective product. I suggest you go to another pharmacy in order to have your needs met and be assured you will be treated properly.
