Non accettano prenotazioni per i temponi e non si disturbano a gestire la fila di persone in attesa. E questi fenomeni in più chiudono in anticipo rispetto all'orario segnalato. Praticamente ti ritrovi a fare un'ora di fila per sentirti dire alle 13.45 dal farmacista che hai aspettato inutilmente. Basterebbe dare il numeretto, e toglierlo quando non si è più disposti a servire le persone, senza farle aspettare. SI chiama RISPETTO, signori.
Invece questi fenomeni se ne infischiano. E se solo lo si fa notare con educazione al sopracitato farmacista, questo dà di matto.
Siete imbarazzanti.
