Fatte 3 e-mail senza risposta contattati più volte per il rimborso, dicono che è stato fatto tutto, ma oggi 18/6 ancora non si vede traccia del rimborso. Penso che adirò per vie legali attention not very reliable, online order accepted on 11/5 canceled due to lack of product the next day. Made 3 unanswered e-mails contacted several times for the refund, they say that everything has been done, but today 18/6 still no trace of the refund is seen. I think I will take legal action

Una volta chiamati hanno detto che non potevano fare nulla. L importo era molto alto e io non scarico nulla per la loro totale incompetenza. Mi rivolgerò all associazione consumatori. Non comprate on line dal loro sito! I requested an invoice by filling out the online form but they issued a receipt without missing the tax code. Once they called they said they couldn't do anything. The amount was very high and I don't dump anything due to their total incompetence. I will contact the consumer association. Don't buy online from their site!
