Non ci andrò mai più e lo sconsiglio vivamente Incompetent and arrogant staff, I drove 20 km for a tampon that they told me would be free and instead I had to pay 15 €. Oggi mia figlia ha effettuato il tampone T5 (secondo) e non è arrivato l'esito; stessa cosa con il primo fatto 5 giorni fa...... Bho!!!!! Peccato che non viene rispettato l'ordine di pagamento per la fila..infatti molte persone lasciano l'intera famiglia gia in fila prima di pagare così da trovarsi avanti. A discapito di chi rispetta le regole. Questo non dipende ovviamente dalla Farmacia..che comunque potrebbe farlo presente al momento del pagamento. Very organized pharmacy. Sto ancora aspettando da tre settimane e più una chiamata dal proprietario della stessa in quanto dopo essermi recato quattro volte da vertemate per aver restituito in dietro il pagamento di quattro tamponi di chiusura che non dovevano essere pagati ,visto che seguiva il foglio ATS (non richiesto dal personale della stessa).comunque detto ciò mi auguro che gli enti competenti già avvisati facciano luce al tipo di operato svolto da questa gente .DIFFIDATE DALLE IMITAZIONI!!! Mi sono recata a fare il tampone a mia figlia, incompetenza poca professionalità e soprattutto hanno perso il codice fiscale scambiando con un 'altra persona. In un giorno mi sono recata 4volte!telefono sempre occupato o squilla a vuoto! Il farmacista di turno arrogante è maleducato! a parte l' assembramento per il tampone!!! Poco organizzati! Ho sempre visto lavorare il personale con grande dedizione e nonostante la frenesia e la fatica del momento la gentilezza e la cortesia non sono mai state messe da parte. Preparati, organizzati e competenti. Un bel 5 stelle meritato!
