A che se il messaggio non era ancora stato letto una volta arrivata con due bambini piccoli potevate preparare i 3 prodotti ordinati come da procedura vostra, senza farmi rimettere in fila e soprattutto perdere una cliente fidelizzata. Ma ad oggi devo farvi un appunto su un aspetto comunque importantissimo.. l'attesa lunghissima... siete trooppooooo lentiiiiiiiii.. in un lavoro del genere bisogna essere celeri anche nel parlare con i clienti.. perche c'è magari chi ha urgenze e non si può perdere un ora ad aspettare fuori. E non si può ad oggi non avere il cartellone luminoso con il numero.. nel 2021 e in una farmacia che lavora così tanto non si può. Fuori vi è il bigliettino con il numero.. e comunque ci si deve gestire autonomamente chiedendo chi è l'ultimo. Non va bene proprio per nulla. (Questa invece la mia vecchia esperienza: Unica farmacia aperta in tutta la città. Domenica ore 14.00 abbiamo cercato in tutta catania una farmacia di turno e loro sono gli unici aperti.. che vergogna per Catania. Complimenti a voi invece. Gentili e disponibili e fornitissimi.
